The Village of Hope, Zimbabwe exists because of the dedication and commitment of people to it’s vision. Each person that works at the Village of Hope has their own testimony as to how God moved in their lives to bring them here.

We are committed to the staff and their Christian growth, so that they in turn speak HOPE into the lives of our children. We do this by staff devotions and prayer 3 times/week, teaching and training seminars and spiritual oversight provided by the Pastor of Hope Community Church.
From 7 staff in 2005, to almost 70 staff in 2009 – including a construction crew, 16 full time teachers, increased support and administrative staff. This can only happen because of your support and your vision for children! We praise God for the jobs provided, and the beautiful people he has brought to the Village of Hope!
